Councillor Phillip Healey invites you to engage

I invite you to engage with me about the challenges you face as a resident, or the things you enjoy about your neighborhood.  Many people contact me with issues that affect them, or in looking for ways to help in our local community.

People have written to me appalled by the lack of Police, distressed by the unprecedented hikes in Land Tax, alarmed by the traffic congestion caused by the opening of Eastlink, affected by resident unfriendly planning decisions from VCAT as well as increased Freeway noise.  While these are State Government issues they are issues that Council frequently advocates on your behalf with the Brumby State Government.

I encourage you to get involved in our community and seek out your opportunity, whether it be getting involved in volunteering, joining a local service club, or volunteering at Camcare or the Kew Festival, there are so many ways to become part of this fabulous community.
